Shipping Policy

Rajasthani Creation accepts fully prepaid orders only. Full payment must be completed online before an order is dispatched. Cash on delivery and part-payment on delivery are not available.

Delivery availability and charges

Delivery depends on courier service availability for your address. Applicable shipping charges and any shipping offers are shown at checkout before payment. Please enter your complete address, PIN code and an active contact number.

Processing and delivery

After payment confirmation, your order is prepared for dispatch. Processing and delivery times depend on stock availability, your location and the courier. Refer to the delivery estimate shown with your order or contact us for an update.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Holidays, weather, courier disruptions or an incomplete address may cause delays.

Tracking your parcel

Once your order is dispatched and tracking details are available, check your order updates or your account. Contact our team with your order number if you need help tracking a shipment.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting. Changes depend on whether the order has already been dispatched. If your parcel appears damaged, is missing an item or is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us with the order details and any available photographs.
