Refund & Cancellation Policy

Money Guarantee — exchange within 30 days of delivery. At Rajasthani Creation, this promise covers eligible exchanges; it is not an unconditional money-back guarantee.

30-day exchanges

Request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with their original tags and packaging. Include any accessories supplied with the item.

Replacement sizes and products are subject to availability. Our team will confirm the available options, any price difference and applicable shipping arrangements before the exchange proceeds.

How to request an exchange

1. Contact us with your order number, product details and the reason for the exchange, or use the exchange option in your account when available.
2. Wait for confirmation and pickup or return instructions before sending the item.
3. After the returned item is checked, we will confirm the replacement and dispatch details.

Incorrect or damaged items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us promptly with photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange the appropriate resolution.

Cancelling an order

Request cancellation as soon as possible, before dispatch, through your account or our support team. Cancellation depends on the order's processing status. Once dispatched, contact us for the available options.

Refunds on prepaid orders

All orders are paid online in full. Where a cancellation or refund is approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method. Credit time depends on the payment provider and your bank. Contact us if you need help checking an approved refund.

The 30-day exchange promise does not automatically entitle an order to a refund. This policy does not restrict any applicable consumer rights.
